Gina Jarin

Gina Jarin has been in the employee benefits industry since 1995. In 1997 she joined IBP Benefits as an Account Manager and in 2005 promoted to Vice President of Operations. She has played a major role in growing IBP Benefits over the last twenty years. From startups to well established companies, she plays an integral part in helping small businesses create their benefit packages.

Gina believes in giving back to the community where she focused her volunteer efforts on the welfare of animals. She volunteered with the Humane Society of Silicon Valley from 2010-2015. Previously she had been volunteering with Career Closet of San Jose.

Born in Fresno, California, she has been residing now in the south bay for 23 years. Gina and her husband share their home with three dogs and one cat. In her spare time, she enjoys working out and traveling.
